The door hinges can be described as the mechanical bearing which is used to create the fixed range of rotation between two things. Most doors are integrated with frames by using two or more hinges. When hinges are integrated into the door, then they will let the doors swing open and close.  The door hinges will stop rotating when they reach the highest limit. The hinges contain certain basic parts and these are described as below: Leaf The leaf is like a moving plate over the hinge which moves with the workpiece which is integrated with a hinge. Most hinges contain two leaves, rectangular-shaped plates which help in holding two workpieces together. Usually, these leaves have holes that provide support to screws or fasteners.
